Due to the popularity of certain products, slots for these said products often get cut from our supplier. To overcome this problem, these items would be placed under a lottery system to give all customers who ordered a fair chance to procure a slot. Winners are given the privilege to purchase the item or decline to offer their slot for other customers.
Guidelines:
- Customers must have an account to our website: https://hubbytetoystore.com/. One customer per account. Customers found to be using multiple accounts will have their entries/orders void.
- Customers must pay the DP amount to their order before the deadline to validate their entry.
- Customers will be informed via email of the results of the lottery once the items have arrived at our warehouse. They will be given 24-48 hours to avail of their slot or it will be void.
- Customers who did not win a slot will have their DP refunded.
- Order cancellations are not allowed. Frequent cancellations of a customer may result in them not being able to order in the future.
