When should I pay the down payment?
Customers are expected to pay within 24 hours from ordering via website (or before ordering deadline, whichever is earlier). After ordering, customers should receive an email with "order confirmation, " and order ID e.g. #12345.
For products with very limited slots, we monitor the quantity allotted to customers, if there are no payment submitted, we'll be cancelling order reservation via website.
SRP is applied to orders with DP after PO deadline for local orders. For special orders/back-orders, depending on the price quoted and availability.

Once submitted, customers shall receive email with the subject: "Hubbyte Toy Store - Payment submission received." which shall serve as submission confirmation.

When should I settle my pre-order balances?
You can settle your balances on/before arrival. Make sure to always submit copies of your payment via payment submission form.

My payment and order status is not updated via your website, what should I do?
Please don't mind payment status via website since it currently does not support partial payments. Due to the limitation, we have used a different system in recording payments. (Customers who have pre-ordered via our service normally receive the invoice upon arrival, from this system: Zoho).
Currently, we use only the website for taking orders, and allotting slots for pre-orders.
As long as customers have submitted copies via payment submission form and there are no issues, payment should be recorded/OK.

Do you have an installment plan?
We only have/can only accept installments for pre-ordered scaled/large figures and/or items worth Php 6,000.00 and above as SRP (July 30, 2021 offers onwards).
- All items worth Php 6,000.00 and above as SRP are on an installment basis until release month.
- Installment amount is the balance (pre-order price, minus down payment), divided by the number of month until release month.
- Customers should pay at least the minimum required monthly installment. Customers can pay more than the minimum required. Please always submit the copy using payment submission form.
- Installment payment is due every last day of the month (Starts after the succeeding month after pre-ordering deadline).
- Customers should not miss any installment payment amount.
- Any missing payments should be made in the succeeding month.
- Three (3) consecutive, missed installment payments = order is void/nullified, minimum down payment/additional payment installments included.
- In the event that the item is released/arrived earlier than expected, any remaining balances should be settled 1 week from arrival notification.
- Down payment and any partial/installment payments are not refundable/nor transferrable. We can only allow the deposits/installment accounts to be refunded if supplier/manufacturer decided to cancel/discontinue the production.

How long can I have my items stored in your storage and can I have my orders combinedly shipped?
A. Unpaid items will be disposed of 1 week from arrival for all customers.
B. Customers can have their items stored from arrival date for a maximum of 14 days.(2021-08 update)
C. Storage Fee of Php 400 per item shall automatically be charged to ALL customers starting day 1 in excess of allotted storage time ( Check B ).
The storage fee will be automatically charged per 30 calendar days until the amount/value of the item stored is depleted then be sold via our selling channels.
Our service will not be liable to any box nor content related damages/dents/issues, unclaimed items in our reserved storage may incur.
Reserved/stored items will also not be insured, more so if they are beyond the allotted 7 days storage. We highly advise customers to file for shipping via our Shipping Quotation form once arrived.
Unclaimed items without storage fee payments of more than 3 months will be automatically be disposed/forfeited.
Can I cancel my order?
Our service doesn't accept order cancellations. PAID orders can't be cancelled, and deposit can't be refunded. UNPAID orders will be automatically cancelled past ordering deadline. Down payment can't be transferred to other orders/products.
Can we pay balances via COD?
Currently, we don't have a COD service yet.
How and when can I know if my orders arrive?
Arrival notices are sent via email, please apply the filter so you will not miss core member's emails.
(We have posted this filter last August 2018 and updated last 2019 via our FB page, and we have recently received reports of our emails being filtered as spam once again. Kindly refer to the guides below).

Can I transfer my orders to another person/customer?
We can't accept transfer of ownership of orders. You can transfer it privately/on your own, but we will only continue to communicate with the original customer who filed an order via his/her email address.
Can I get an update about my order?
We receive inquiries such as "When can I expect my order?" or "I have waited 3-6 months since pre-ordering time, when should it arrive?"
Customers can access the product URL via our website, under "More Info," RELEASE MONTH/DATE as well as ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) are stated.
Estimated = not exact, it is normally +1 up to +2 months normal case for Banpresto/Megahouse/Bandai products, and even more for some prize figures (based on our experience/average arrival times).
Local GSC related products arrive relatively earlier than ETA.
EXCLUSIVES or JP releases arrive +1/+2 months from release month.
EXACT TIME OF ARRIVAL is when we receive the actual products in our storage.
Take note that arrival/shipping speed is affected by pandemic/port issues and some shipping factors we may not be able to control at times.
Pre-orders are items which are premade, you have to wait 3-6 months from offer date until "Read: Release Month"
TBA = To Be Announced (some manufacturers don't have updated release months according to supplier), some have designated quarters e.g. 1Q of 2022, 4Q of 2021, etc.

What is a BACK-ORDER?
For back-ordered items, we currently don't have them in-stock, but we can still order them from parallel suppliers in Japan/US/etc.
Pricing can vary depending on supplier/source.
Shipping from our source to the Philippines normally takes 3-4 weeks.
If the slot is sold out, we can:
1. find another source, 2. transfer payment to another order, 3. refund payment for back-ordered items.
"Backorder" is a common phrase in trade and commerce to mean to place an order for a product that is temporarily out of stock.
e.g. so something that is out of stock (in our warehouse/storage) for the time being needs to be backordered.
