Due to the popularity of certain products, slots for these said products often get cut from our supplier. To overcome this problem, these items would be placed under a lottery system to give all customers who ordered a fair chance to procure a slot. Winners are given the privilege to purchase the item or decline to offer their slot for other customers.
Guidelines:
Customers must have an account to our website: https://hubbytetoystore.com/. One customer per account. Customers found to be using multiple accounts will have their entries/orders void.
Customers must pay the DP amount to their order before the deadline to validate their entry.
Customers will be informed via email of the results of the lottery once the items have arrived at our warehouse. They will be given 24-48 hours to avail of their slot or it will be void. 
Customers who did not win a slot will have their DP refunded. 
Order cancellations are not allowed. Frequent cancellations of a customer may result in them not being able to order in the future.
