Capsule toys or Gashapons (Bandai also Gachapon) are a variety of vending machine-dispensed capsule toys popular in Japan and elsewhere. "Gashapon" is onomatopoeic from the two sounds "gasha" (or "gacha") for the hand-cranking action of a toy-vending machine, and "pon" for the toy capsule landing in the collection tray.
In case of severe package damages due to shipping (also damaging the product inside in the process), we'll assist in filing support via platform/courier upon request.
Customers may receive imperfection/slight differences from quality of products (paint/material color, etc), please be advised.
Some capsule toys/enclosures have low quality materials and are relatively weak (can easily be cracked), customers may expect to receive imperfect capsules.
We will not be able to replace/do returns to the supplier. Please consider this before buying.
We only have limited quantities per type, please make sure to purchase it as soon as possible before it gets sold out.
We ship within 2-3 working days once ordered. Estimated time of arrival is based on your location (e.g. Metro Manila/GMA/Provincial), and current traffic/condition of parcels via sorting hub.
